QUARTZ-1
Our photoelectrochemical cell is designed to accommodate a wide variety of photo-anodes of different shapes and sizes. The photo-anode is connected with an electrode holder with a removable clip. 14/20 ports are available for additional electrodes and purge ports for degassing or gas collection.
The Quartz Photoelectrochemical Cell Kit is sold as a bundle which includes
- 1 quartz cell
- 1 large bore electrode adapter (55/50 joint)
- 1 electrode holder
- 5 photo-anode clips
- 1 platinum coil counter electrode with isolation tube
- gas sparging/purging accessories
- 5 PTFE stoppers for 14/20 ports

QUARTZ-2
Our photoelectrochemical cell is designed to accommodate a wide variety of photo-anodes and electrochemical configurations for dual chamber photoelectrochemistry research. Each half cell houses an independent anode or cathode based on the user configuration. The cells are joined with an O-ring seal and pinch clamp, where the user can install a separator (membrane, filter, Nafion, e.g.) of their choosing.
The Quartz Photoelectrochemical Cell Kit is available as a bundle which includes the following.
- 2 quartz half cells (250 mL) with six total 14/20 side ports
- gas purge/sparge entry accessories
- 2 large bore electrode adapters (55/50 joint)
- 2 electrode holders with 10 photo-anode clips, six 14/20 PTFE stoppers, a pinch clamp with 10 O-rings
- 1 platinum coil counter electrode with isolation tube.
