EChem in a Box – Consumable Supply Pack

EChem in a Box is your cost-effective, easy-to-implement, and simplified way to incorporate experimental electrochemistry into your laboratory curriculum. The EChem in a Box Standard Bundle includes sufficient supplies to perform the experiments found in Experimental Electrochemistry: an Introductions for Educators; however, the specific arrangement of your laboratory may require additional consumable products. For example, a large enrollment laboratory section or individual student (or group) experiment setup may require additional electrodes. The Consumable Supply Pack for EChem in a Box contains additional screen-printed electrodes and an external reference electrode. The Consumable Supply Pack is intended for the following:
- Larger (greater than 10-12 student/student groups) enrollment laboratory sections
- Periodic replenishment of consumable items
- Additional electrochemical exploration beyond the laboratory exercises provided
EChem in a Box - Core Products Pack

EChem in a Box is your cost-effective, easy-to-implement, and simplified way to incorporate experimental electrochemistry into your laboratory curriculum. The EChem in a Box Standard Bundle includes sufficient supplies to perform the experiments found in Experimental Electrochemistry: an Introductions for Educators; however, the specific arrangement of your laboratory may require additional products. Depending on the number of students in the course/section, additional core products may be necessary. In general, each student (or group of students) will require one each of the items in the Core Products Pack to perform the laboratory exercises simultaneously. The Core Products Pack is intended for the following:
- Larger (greater than 10-12 student/student groups) enrollment laboratory sections
- Increasing the number of students/student groups that can conduct the lab simultaneously
- Use in more than one course/lab/section simultaneously
- Replacement of worn core products
EChem in a Box – Stirring Automation Pack

EChem in a Box is your cost-effective, easy-to-implement, and simplified way to incorporate experimental electrochemistry into your laboratory curriculum. The EChem in a Box Standard Bundle includes sufficient supplies to perform the experiments found in Experimental Electrochemistry: an Introductions for Educators; however, some educators may wish to elevate or enhance the experience for the Highly Sensitive Electrochemical Determination of Lead in Tap Water laboratory exercise, included in EChem in a Box. The Stirring Automation Pack provides tools to automate stirring by software control. While not required, the kit can be very useful for this laboratory. The kit includes a special cable, magnetic stirrer, and TTL-enabled AC switch cable. The Stirring Automation Pack is intended for the following:
- To enhance the laboratory experience by bringing about automation
- To improve the accuracy of student data for stripping analysis

The EChem in a Box Standard Bundle includes sufficient supplies to perform the experiments found in Experimental Electrochemistry: an Introductions for Educators; however, some customers may have previously purchased products from Pine Research that are included in EChem in a Box. This Supplemental Educator Pack was designed especially for those cases, where existing customers may wish to fully realize the unified solution to teaching experimental electrochemistry that is EChem in a Box. The Supplemental Educator Pack is intended for the following:
- To supplement previously purchased products from Pine Research
- To distribute Experimental Electrochemistry: an Introduction for Educators content, including videos, to a wider audience
- To introduce colleagues at different institutions to electrochemistry
