The buyer declares and warrants that all uses of the product will be for the buyer's personal use, which means that the buyer will not directly or indirectly sell, distribute, or transfer the product to any transaction category (product transfer). Any product transfer shall be regarded as a serious breach of this purchase contract. The product contains chemical substances that are not on the inventory of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The sample may be harmful. The buyer declares and warrants that, under the supervision of qualified technical personnel, the buyer will only use the product for research and development purposes.
