ProboStat Normal System

Each ProboStat system is supplied with a range of accessories, some of which are general-purpose, while others are designed for specific measurement techniques. The table below outlines selected configurations and their intended uses.
The package enables
- Disk samples of up to selected diameter, e.g. 12 or 20 mm
- Controlled atmosphere, concentration and permeability cells
- 2 and 3 electrode setups
- Conductivity, impedance spectroscopy, DC, transport number, etc.
Such a package represents an economic entry into dedicated studies with a more restricted set of methods and sample geometries. The package can at any time be expanded by more supports, electrode contacts, etc., supplied by us or made by the user (we can supply instructions and parts as necessary).

This system contains the fully equipped base unit and accessories for measurements on disk-type samples:
- base unit with all connections and options
- 1 enclosing tube (alumina or fused quartz)
- 1 alumina disk sample support tube
- 1 alumina spring load assembly
- 3 gas supply tubes (alumina and fused quartz)
- 1 thermocouple (S- or K-type)
- 4 single and double wire Pt/alumina electrode contacts
- 4 Au sealing rings and 4 Ag sealing rings
- Spare parts
- Manual
- Coax cables, thermocouple cable, thermocouple plugs, and gas quick-connects
- Tools, simple mounting bench stand, aluminium transport and storage case.
