22 cm x 28 cm sheets of Sustainion® Anion Exchange Membrane with a dry thickness at above 50 microns. They are moderately basic and designed for use with supporting electrolyte. Dioxide Materials has optimized them for use in alkaline water electrolyzers and in CO2 electrolyzers as described in Kutz et al. Energy Technology 5, 929-936 (2017) and Masel et al. ECS Transactions, 75 (14) 1143-1146 (2016).

These are special membranes with very low concentrations of the ethylene glycol plasticizer, for those who want to avoid ethylene glycol. The lack of plasticizer makes these membranes more brittle.

Note: these membranes can be used in a room temperature CO2 electrolyzer after activation.
