We’ve finally got a bit of a case study for Vigilant! It was posted to SDT’s LinkedIn Wednesday! An article will follow next week, but in the meantime check this one out!
Backstory:
The wind turbine was already monitored with Vibration. We installed a Vigilant to use ultrasound to monitor the slow speed main bearing on the turbine. We immediately found a lubrication issue that was resolved with a few shots of grease.
Seeing as measurement points on wind turbines are 90 meters in the air, Vigilant makes collecting data safer and more time efficient!
