BRPS
BRPS設備使用過熱蒸汽將吸附劑（沸石）從油的殘留物中清洗出來，並用熱空氣將其乾燥，以去除吸附的水份。它們被用於發電和工業部門，將填充有沸石的吸附劑應用於乾燥的潤滑油和電氣絕緣油，如GlobeCore ZP-260的濾芯式過濾設備。

操作原理
沸石必須被加熱到250°C才能再生其吸附性能。然而，沸石含有油的殘留物，其閃燃點通常要低得多，例如變壓器油的閃燃點是130℃。
因此，在加熱之前，沸石層要在蒸汽發生器中用過熱蒸汽進行清洗，以去除殘留的油。清洗劑被收集在一個輔助槽中。
去除油後，沸石由鼓風機送入加熱器，在加熱器出口處用溫度為250℃的熱空氣進行乾燥。
在最後階段，填充沸石的裝置被真空泵抽空，排出剩餘蒸汽和蒸汽/氣體混合物。
一旦沸石被冷卻，它就可以被重新用於乾燥工業油。

BRPS plant is designed to clean the sorbent (zeolite) from oil residues using overheated steam and to remove previously absorbed moisture by drying with hot air.
The block is used in power-producing, industrial, and other divisions that apply zeolite-filled adsorbers to dry lubricating and electrical insulating oils, such as ZP-260 GlobeCore sorbent cartridge block.
Principle of operation
In order to reclaim the absorbing properties of zeolite, it must be warmed up to 250 °C. But zeolite contains oil residues the flash point of which is usually much lower, e.g. 130 °C for transformer oil.
Therefore, prior to heating, the plant removes oil residues by cleaning the zeolite layer with overheated steam created by a steam generator. The cleaning products are collected in an auxiliary tank.
After removing the oil residues, zeolite is dried with hot air supplied by a blower to the heater and having the temperature of 250 °C at the heater outlet.
At the final stage, zeolite-filled equipment is vacuumized due to the operation of a vacuum pump which pumps out the remaining steam and steam-gas mixtures.
After zeolite cools down, it is ready to be reused for drying industrial oils.
Advantages
